About Community College Month
Community College Month is a month-long educational campaign coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). The primary goals of Community College Month are to improve awareness of the economic, academic and equity advantages of attending community colleges, and bust longtime stigmas wrongly associated with public, two-year colleges.

Without community colleges, many students in the U.S. would not be able to access higher education at all. That is why it is important to celebrate community colleges nationwide, and how they benefit communities locally.(Source: https://acct.org/ccmonth)
