Graduates earn 717 degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic

About 91.4 percent of the 717 degrees and certificates handed out by Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Davenport conferred 649 doctor's degrees and 6 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a doctor's degree in chiropractic. Data shows the school gave out 649 doctor's degrees in chiropractic, followed by 59 bachelor's degrees in biological and physical sciences and 6 associate's degrees in chiropractic assistant/technician.

The college enrolled 2,179 students for 2017-18, including 24 in undergraduate programs and 2,155 in graduate programs.
