Graduates earn 34 degrees, certificates from Ross College-Quad Cities

About 88.2 percent of the 34 degrees and certificates handed out by Ross College-Quad Cities in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Bettendorf conferred 16 certificates and 14 associate's degrees in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in occupational therapist assistant. Data shows the school gave out 14 associate's degrees in occupational therapist assistant, followed by 11 certificates in medical/clinical assistant and 5 certificates in medical insurance specialist/medical biller.

The college enrolled 76 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
