Sunday, Feb. 16: Clinton High School standout Joe Simpson’s college team loses to UC Santa Barbara Gauchos

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Clinton High School standout Joe Simpson’s current college team, the Campbell Fighting Camels, lost 14-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos.

The game took place at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Gauchos this season.

The Fighting Camels’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. at Jim Perry Stadium against East Carolina Pirates.
