Monday, April 7: Pleasant Valley High School standout Sam George’s college team wins to Minot State Beavers

On Monday, April 7, former Pleasant Valley High School standout Sam George’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mankato Mavericks, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Minot State Beavers.

The game took place at Corbett Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Beavers this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Loughrey Field against Winona State Warriors.
