Friday, March 7: Clinton High School standout Joe Simpson’s college team wins to Texas State Bobcats

On Friday, March 7, former Clinton High School standout Joe Simpson’s current college team, the Campbell Fighting Camels, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas State Bobcats.

The game took place at Jim Perry Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Fighting Camels’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 2 p.m. at Jim Perry Stadium against Texas State Bobcats.
