Healthcare and social service professionals across the United States can build knowledge and deepen their practice of person-centered care Jan. 14-15, 2022, during the 4th St. Ambrose University Institute for Person-Centered Care Conference.
The keynote address will be delivered by Alan Balch, PhD, of the National Patient Advocate Foundation.
Webinars will highlight person-centered care principles, tools, and practices as they relate to the interdisciplinary health and human service team including Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Physician and Physician Assistant, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, and Trauma-Informed Care.
Sessions will include trauma-informed care, patient-provider communication with vulnerable populations, medical home model and other person-centered concepts supporting the Quadruple Aim goals.
