Eldridge home prices rose in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Eldridge rose by $102,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $314,500 - a 48% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Eldridge in March 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,404, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
