The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Donahue fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Donahue fell by $183,990 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,510 - a 70.9% decrease over the $259,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Donahue in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Donahue for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,976, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
