The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Rita Hart, Rita Hart for Iowa, refunded $700 to Harriet Hubbell on July 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Rita Hart for Iowa refunded $15,074 total since February 1.
