Census Bureau: More women than men in Tipton in 2019

Of the 3,207 people living in Tipton in 2019, 51.2 percent (1,643) were women and 48.8 percent (1,564) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the River Bend Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 946-to-907. In the 65 and over age range, there were 373 females and 281 males.
