Eldridge home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Eldridge rose by $70,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $283,000 - a 33.2% increase over the $212,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Eldridge in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Eldridge for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,404, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
