Le Claire home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Le Claire rose by $70,750 while total sales decreased by 36.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 41.8% increase over the $169,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Le Claire in the second quarter of 2018.
