City of Davenport issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.
City staff will host a public input meeting on Feb. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Fairmount Library, 3000 Fairmount St. as part of its housing needs assessment process.

The housing needs assessment is required of all cities that receive federal Community Development Block Grant funding from HUD to determine the housing needs of low and moderate income residents.
Rock Island and Moline are also hosting needs assessment meetings. Rock Island's is at 6 p.m. Tuesday Feb. 11 at the Rock Island Township office, 2827 7th Ave. Moline's is Wednesday Feb. 12 at 2 p.m. at Moline City Hall, 619 16th St.
