Park View home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Park View fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 7.3% decrease over the $204,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Park View in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
