City of De Witt issued the following announcement on Jan. 22.
Cemetery Sexton (part time) The City of DeWitt has an immediate opening for a part-time Cemetery Sexton to maintain the Elmwood Cemetery as well as mark graves and coordinate burials and funerals. Good landscaping and maintenance skills with the ability to use small equipment is preferred. Approximately 25 hrs. per week spring, summer and fall, with less and irregular winter hours. Salary $17 - $19 per hour based on qualifications. Position is open until filled. Review of applications will begin February 5. EEO Employer.
