City of Bettendorf issued the following announcement on Oct. 27.
On Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 9:30-11:00 a.m., City Hall will open its doors for a special Trick or Treat experience. Each department will be decorated and handing out treats. All costumed children up to age 5 are welcome.
Bettendorf’s Trick or Treat is Thursday, October 31, 2019 from 5-7:30 p.m.
