Buffalo home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Buffalo fell by $11,260 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,240 - a 15.5% decrease over the $72,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Buffalo in 2017, as well.
