Long Grove home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Long Grove fell by $30,562 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,438 - a 12% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Long Grove in 2017.
