Le Claire home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Le Claire rose by $45,150 while total sales decreased by 3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,050 - a 26.6% increase over the $169,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Le Claire in the fourth quarter of 2017.
