Le Claire home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Le Claire rose by $90,250 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $282,250 - a 47% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Le Claire in September 2016.
