Park View home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Park View fell by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 21.6% decrease over the $213,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Park View in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
