Park View home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Park View fell by $106,050 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,450 - a 31.8% decrease over the $333,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Park View in July 2017.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
