Patrol officers will issue Bicycle Safety Citation to kids who are wearing bike helmets correctly & riding in a safe manner. The citation is good for free ice cream.
The Muscatine City Council directed the Muscatine City Attorney Matt Brick of Brick Gentry Law Firm to draft a contract between the City of Muscatine and Carol Webb for the position of Muscatine City Administrator.
