Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, M.D., a member of the U.S. Congress representing Iowa’s 1st district since 2021, recently highlighted legislative efforts and community engagement in a series of social media posts.

On July 21, Miller-Meeks posted her support for President Biden’s administration, stating, "Promises Made, Promises Kept. @POTUS is delivering for Americans everywhere. "

Later that day, she shared details about a meeting with Dr. Sukrith Ganesan from the Iowa College of Dentistry to address health issues affecting Iowans: "I met with Dr. Sukrith Ganesan from the Iowa College of Dentistry to discuss how obesity and poor dental health affect one another, and what we can do to combat both." The post underscored her ongoing focus on public health initiatives.

On July 22, Miller-Meeks expressed gratitude toward local agricultural supporters: "Thank you @Iowa_Corn for backing the One Big Beautiful Bill. I’ll always stand with Iowa’s corn farmers and this bill delivers the relief and certainty they’ve earned."
