River Bend Times

Please join us as we honor Max Allan Collins - celebrated author, MCC alum and former MCC instructor.  The event will feature a "Grand Salon" of MCC Culinary students working alongside chefs from Muscatine's finest restaurants, preparing their signature dishes.  Funds riased at this special evening will support MCC students and programs through the ongoing work of the MCC Foundation and MJC/MCC Alumni Association.
