Census Bureau: 75.1 percent of people in Muscatine County were old enough to vote in 2020

Of the 42,703 citizens living in Muscatine County in 2020, 32,073 were old enough to vote as of March 24, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 16,228 of those people were female and 15,845 were male.
