Midwest Academy of Management Conference 2021

Conference chairs welcome papers, presentations, conversations, and creative thinking that positively impact the grand challenges that face business and society today such as inequality, climate change, racial and social injustice, and toxic behavior at workplace.
These are just a few of the grand challenges facing societies and organizations that demand our attention, make an impact through our scholarship, and advance best practices. This conference aims to encourage tough conversations, targeting our scholarship in ways that can meaningfully transition to advance practice in these areas. We welcome your submissions and ideas addressing how we can challenge and equip students to create, lead, and manage change in organizations.
How can our collective work serve to make a real and lasting difference to society and the organizations? How might your previous research streams be modified and directed to address these grand challenges?
