Beltone Incorporates Clorox® Products to Provide a Safe & Sound Environment

Beltone

Beltone Mary Duval Hearing Aid Center issued the following announcement.

As several states begin to relax COVID-19 restrictions, our Beltone offices continue to deliver the safest hearing care possible for our patients.

As several states begin to relax COVID-19 restrictions, our Beltone offices continue to deliver the safest hearing care possible for our patients. In our new program, Safe & Sound, we’re cleaning our offices with Clorox® products to help keep everyone safe and sound when visiting any of our 1,500 locations. The enhancement of our cleaning protocols allows our patients, especially those who may be high risk, to have a peace of mind as they begin scheduling in-person appointments.

Our offices will use a variety of Clorox® products to continue our effort in ensuring our locations across the country are safe for our patients to visit. Here are a few products patients will now see in our offices:

• Individually packaged Clorox® Disinfecting Wipes are available in the sound booth so patients and can wipe down headphones before a completing a hearing evaluation.

• Clorox Hand Sanitizers are available at the front desk and in consultation rooms so patients can sanitize their hands throughout their visits.

Our company has been dedicated to ensuring patients can get the hearing care they need, in the safest way possible, since the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. From drive-through and curbside hearing care to the Beltone Remote Care Live telehealth service, we’ve established alternative care methods knowing that socially vulnerable populations— including those with hearing loss— would struggle more during this unprecedented time.

At Beltone, we want to make you feel as safe as possible when you decide to return to one of our many locations. We will strive to do our part and ask that you also follow protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

If you prefer to receive remote care, our telehealth services continue to be available for everyone. As always, we offer free hearing screenings at our offices. Click here to make an appointment at an office near you.
