City of DeWitt issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
City of DeWitt garbage and recycling collection schedule will be modified the week of December 23rd and December 30th because of the holidays. During these weeks garbage/recycling will not be collected on Wednesday, December 25, nor Wednesday, January 1. During these two holiday weeks, Tuesday collections will remain on Tuesday, regular Wednesday collections will be on Thursday, and regular Thursday collections will be on Friday.
