Princeton home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Princeton rose by $76,910 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,900 - a 50.3% increase over the $152,990 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Princeton in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Princeton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,620, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
