Park View home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Park View rose by $28,950 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,450 - a 14.6% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Park View in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
