City of Bettendorf issued the following announcement on Oct. 12.
The City of Bettendorf offers residents free yard waste pick up from October 26 through December 4, 2020. During this time, residents do not have to put yard waste stickers on their paper yard waste bags.
Residents may also take their yard waste to the Davenport Compost Facility, 2707 Railroad Avenue, Davenport, Iowa. No charge weeks at Davenport Compost: October 26 - December 4, 2020. For more information, visit www.cityofdavenportiowa.com/compost or call 563-328-7225.
