City of West Liberty issued the following announcement on Apr. 23.
Effective at Noon today through April 29th we will have one staff member available to process payments, answer phones and correspondence with customers. During this time please be patient while we handle your transactions to the best of our ability in a timely manner. You can also email Lee Geertz at lgeertz@cityofwestlibertyia.org with questions or service requests.
Public Works Departments continue to work with a staggered staff weekly. Please keep in mind we are working hard to continue City services without interruption. Due to limited staffing on occasion this could cause a delay with garbage and recycle pick up. Please be sure to have your garbage and recycle at the curbside no later than 7:00am during your scheduled pick up day.
The City of West Liberty is thankful for your support and patience during this challenging time. The City is committed to working hard to continue your services to the best of our ability with limited staffing during these challenging times.
