Park View home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Park View fell by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 81.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,500 - a 9.5% decrease over the $209,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Park View in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
