City of Davenport recently issued the following announcement.

Don’t miss out on Davenport’s annual Halloween parade that will kick off from 3rd and Pershing on Saturday Oct. 26 at 2 p.m. – rain or shine!
Businesses, non-profits, youth groups, activity clubs or families that love Halloween are encouraged to be part of the parade lineup. There is no fee to enter but no political entries will be accepted.
Applications will be accepted until Friday Oct. 18, so apply online at https://request.cityofdavenportiowa.com/egov/apps/action/center.egov?view=form;page=1;id=131.
