Donahue home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2018 in Donahue rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,000 - a 19.4% increase over the $141,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Donahue in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Donahue for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,976, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2018.
