Park View home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Park View rose by $95,050 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,500 - a 86.8% increase over the $109,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Park View in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Park View for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,474, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
